Buy LEDs OnLine is a Family owned & operated business which started selling online in
September of 2007. Prior to this we developed energy efficient lighting for cars, boats, home,
business and outdoor use for about 7 years. We believe that LEDs are the future of lighting and
will make every effort to find and distribute the best values in LEDs & Led Lighting. We have
become the North American Distributor for HB Electronic Components of China. Manufacturer
of LEDs & Led Devices. HB Electronics produces low cost LEDs & LED products which
represent a true value.
We also distribute other products from other companies and will continue to add to that list.

Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped by UPS and USPS. We ship full orders ASAP (if an item is back ordered
we may delay shipping a day or 2 to ship the complete order). If an Item is back ordered and
will not be in for a longer period of time a partial order will will be shipped and the remainder
will ship upon arrival from our suppliers. We do not ship to PO Boxes via UPS. If you have to
ship to a PO Box use USPS Priority Mail.
No returns without a RMA number. Returns accepted only in the case of an error made filling
your order. All orders are insured by UPS, report damage during shipment to them and
arrangements will be made to replace the damaged parts. USPS does not guaranty delivery
time. Shipping 2nd day air, 3 day select does not mean your order will arrive in that time frame.
We can not ship if something is on back order.
